• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success

Assisting Chairman in day to day operation and activities in the Company.

• Develop a growing strategy for business, focusing on financial gain and client satisfaction.
• Submit regular business reports to Management on current and future business prospects, tenders, awards, Work Orders.
• Helping the Management to fillup vacant posts in the main organization chart, to enhance productivity and add values.
• Helping the Company to develop internal operating processes by introducing new technology (Ex. Softwares), tools and/or methods.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams for alignment and support.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

years' prior industry related business development experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goaloriented
