Key Tasks andResponsibilities:
Monitor Project Cost & Revenues andprepare Monthly Project Financial POC.

Prepare and MaintainsProject Cash Flows forecast and analyze variances for actuals vs.forecast Ensures booking of revenue into MDR backlog conforms toMDR policies and procedures.

Monitor billable and non-billablecost. Ensures proper and timely billings. Preparation of necessaryProject Reports either on weekly or monthly or quarterly basis asdeemed appropriate or required. Co-ordinate with the Tax Dept forthe tax related issues. Co-ordinate with Project controls for WBSand issuance of Chart of Accounts. Liaison on all financial mattersrelated to the Projects. To assist Project Controls in preparingthe monthly and quarterly review packages or any other ProjectReports as and when required. To keep track of changes in budgets,change orders, trends, commitments etc. Develop the ProjectInvoicing Procedure for the prime contract. Review all customerinvoices for the project. Monitor the status of all financialinstruments including all relevant information necessary for issue,maintenance and cancellation. Co-ordinate insurance coverage sothat they are in place in accordance with the prime contract.
Participate in the preparation of Project Risk &Opportunities. Assist in the preparation of all financialcorrespondence for the Project Director and/or Project Manager.
Prepare the financial part of the Project Close-out Report. Providetimely true and fair view of project financials. Provide financialand administrative support. Provide support to the auditors tocarry out Project Audit. Assist in training junior team members onvarious subjects.


Essential Qualifications and Education:

QualifiedCA / ICWA or CA (inter) / ICWA (inter) / MBA (Fin), preferablyhaving experience from oil and gas / infrastructure industries.
