• Provides safety leadership byexample to the Offshore Project Team and the offshore Contractorand its sub-contractors and sitevendors.
• Responsible for Ensuring the offshorecontractor team Implements and sustains its obligations andresponsibilities for SHES projectdeliverables.
• As Offshore Project TeamConstruction representative for monitoring and coordinating siteactivities of the offshore Contractor team and its subcontractor(s)in their area of responsibility.
• Reports on theconstruction activities, Progress, areas of concern and mitigatingactions to head of Construction Fabrication yard-2 and participate& contribute to weekly construction discipline reviewmeetings.
• Responsible for implementation ofexecution activities and ensures development, review, and approval(as required) of appropriate plans, procedures, and programs forsafe and effective execution. This includes authorization ofCOMPANY permits wherever necessary.
• Reviews andapproves the offshore Contractor team's ConstructionSequence plans, work plans, pre-task planning and method statementsand participate in Constructability reviews, Hazid workshops duringconstruction to ensure comprehensive safety and feasibility intheir area of responsibility.
• Help inidentifying and organizing all required construction support (ThirdParty support, Joint-Venture partner technical support, etc.) inliaison with the Offshore Topsides &STPs.
• Review construction risks and assist inproviding mitigation measures. Report Risks to the Offshore Head ofConstruction Fab Yard 2, review the EPCI schedule level 3 preparedby the Contractor.
• Monitors site materialhandling, preservation, and warehousing procedures with respect totheir area to facilitate constructionprogress.
