Job Role Summary:


As a Studio Manager, it is vital to understand the policies of the studio so you can enforce them, ensuring all staff are following these policies doing what is expected of them.

You must ensure all staff are trained equally and are aware of what the standards are of the establishment they work for.

Ensures the successful operation and growth of the studio.

Update schedule weekly and find covers

Adapt and create new schedule when it is a special holiday, Ramadan, workshops, training's and events

Work together with Manager to provide proper teacher and class type for corporate and special events

Update class descriptions

Plan monthly events, contact teachers to create different content every month. Prepare descriptions

Coordinate with reception team and marketing to promote and add events in APP

Arrange and coordinate set up and any need for each event

Coordinate freelancer teachers

Conduct regular group and individual meetings with teachers when necessary

Send regular communications through Whats app group

Ensure teachers follow our teaching standards

Meet and arrange trials for new teachers

Attend any concerns, questions, issues that teachers might have

Teach an average of 12 classes, privates, events, workshops and trainings.

Be present in the studio to talk with students, recommend classes, but the nature of the work does not require I am in a studio daily 8 hours a day but yes be flexible and available when needed and ensuring all task and work is done


Plan, organize, create new curriculum and write new manual for teacher training 200hrs, apart of organizing along the year with local and guest teachers other small trainings such as Rocket, Yin, and Prenatal etc.

Overlook reception, marketing, and studio standards in coordination with Operations Manager


Shall not become party to any agreement with any organization within Qatar not associated with Niya Yoga, for provision of yoga classes, whilst this Agreement with Niya Yoga is current.

Passionate and experience in the principles of yoga exercise and connecting with customers.

Pleasing and outgoing personality. Highly motivated and creative individual.

Social media savvy.

Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally across all levels of the organization.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- yoga management: 2 years (preferred)
Teaching Yoga: 3 years (preferred)
