Qualification

Bachelors Degree in any discipline
Diploma in Digital Marketing
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar discipline
Good communication and interpreting skills
Working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign software is a must
Web design and development experience required
Experience in any enterprise software is an advantage

Responsibilities

Identify target audiences, analyse market trends, and choose the most effective digital channels and tactics to reach potential customers.
Create engaging and relevant content including writing blog posts, creating videos, designing graphics, and managing social media content.
Develop content and design strategies, research content and consumer trends.
Create design and content for a variety of businesses in both print and digital media, Content should resonate with the target audience and convey the brand's message.
Work closely with functional departments to ensure that the content is engaging and consistent across all media platforms.
Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangements.
Create designs, images, logos, and layouts by using design software.
Research advertising trends and decide on the appropriate placement of ads.
Publish digital content and designs online.
Monitor, maintain, and manage social media, and Google Analytics to create targeted advertising campaigns.
Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
Work with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage the documents properly.
Manage website and social media pages with its contents UpToDate.
Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
Collect, organize, and manage documents coming through various sources for easy retrieval.
