    The individual provide specialist support toOMS/1(O) in provision of technical information, recommendations andfor all internal and external interfaces (i.e.

    QatarEnergy JointVentures, government and utility agencies, QatarEnergyDirectorates, etc.) on matters related to strategic and policydecisions, ensuring coordination and synergy among all interfacingparties to ensure any impact on Operations (Offshore Fields) ismitigated.

    The individual provide specialist support to OMS/1(O) toact as Focal Point for all internal and external interfaces withinOM(O) to open opportunity forsynergies.


    Education

    • Engineering Degree or equivalent.
    • Post graduate Diploma/ Degree in Business Management / Finance or Membership of aprofessional engineering body will be addedadvantage.

    Experience &Skills

    • Minimum of 15 yearsexperience in technical and industrial environment preferably witha large Oil and Gas organization.
    • Demonstrated knowledgeof Interface Management, processes, tools and execution.
    • Mature communication and interpersonal skills with fluency intechnical and business languages.
    • Proven ability to workin multi-discipline/culture teams.
    • Must have goodcommand of administrative computer applications.
