• Lead or support thedelivery of technical, economic and commercial advisory servicesacross various sectors in the infrastructure market, to include butnot limited to providing PPP and other forms of project ortransaction advice and feasibility studies.
• Carry outanalyses and assessments, and draft reports to a high qualitystandard, with particular attention to structure, clarity ofargument, grammar and presentation.
• Liaise withcustomers to ensure efficient and effective delivery of service andcustomer satisfaction.
• Lead with customers in meetingsand workshops to facilitate project discussions, present findings,assist participants in identifying project issues and priorities,and progress project solutions.
• When acting as leadadvisor and or project manager, ensure the commercial success ofthe commission and compliance with all company governancerequirements. When supporting, ensure that the lead advisor and orproject manager is made aware of all developments on the commissionthat could influence the commercial and compliance outcomes.
• Lead on preparation and conclusion of service propositions tocustomers, and ensure all commercial and legal negotiation pointsare concluded satisfactorily prior to commencement ofservices.
