- Accurately process approved supplier invoices into Accpac Software (Product of Sage)
- Perform 3-way match for PO, Receipt, and invoice
- Research and reconcile invoice discrepancies, while effectively communicating with internal and external clients
- Perform vendor account reconciliations
- Process transactions and perform accounting duties, such as account maintenance and account reconciliations
- Analyze current processes and procedures to ensure best practices are implemented
- Handle Accounts Payable for separate offices across multiple states
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Support the day to day Accounts Payable operations
- Perform coding and entering AP invoices as needed
- Hours: M-F (8:00 am-4:30pm) with 1 2 hour paid lunch.
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Must be detailed oriented and have good communication skills
- Possess a strong understanding of confidentiality
- Basic accounting skills are required.
