Responsible for the organization's client-side of web projects.

Primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a focus on performance.

Main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app.

Responsibilities:

Developing new userfacing features
Building and documenting reusable components and frontend libraries for future use
Build functional and easytouse websites.
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality and secure code that fits with trends in SEO and web pages high performance.
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web capable devices and browsers.
Builds prototypes systems that meet the project quality standards and requirements and find and address performance issues prior to releasing the finished product to the backend team.
Design and review code inclusive of efficient and reusable frontend infrastructure and components.
Build elegant and sophisticated user interfaces aligned to the organization's brand and web guidelines while supporting business requirements.
Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Strong understanding of interaction design and ability to create animations.
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
Experience with data structure libraries
Knowledge of React JS and Angular JS is a plus.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools
Experience with common frontend development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Familiarity with code versioning tools Git, SVN
