Desktop Support to the end users (Shifting of existing devices as required by top).

  • Maintain all the POS machines in the mall.
  • Provide Network Support.
  • Email configuration for the end users.
  • PDT Device hardware support and its wireless network support.
  • Provide desktop Application support to the end users.
  • Network Printer, Barcode Printer, Document Scanner, Bio Metric Device Support.
  • Manage Consumable Supply to the levels and keep minimum stock required
(Eg:

Toners, Paper rolls, etc.)

  • Tool kit maintenance.
  • Bio-Metric data propagation across the network (Thumb impression data).
  • Other Routine Jobs like: Generating Telephone card reports, Prepare cashier/game/kiosk reports, Process inventory adjustments, Sales uploading & Processing, etc.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
QAR2, QAR2,500.00 per month


Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • IT Support: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
