    • Investigate and superviseoperational issues, problems, and support requests, in coordinationwith colleagues and other stakeholders, seeking effective solutionsand appropriate actions forresolution.
    • Handle requeststhat require modifications to system parameters, workarounds,reconfiguring systems, training users, or escalating to SeniorSystems Engineer.
    • Monitorprogress of requests for support and ensure users and otherstakeholders are kept informed and take corrective action to avoidand minimize delays.
    • Performand oversee tasks associated with operations, administration, andmaintenance tasks completion to be done inSAP.
    • Provide support fordocuments and execution of small-scale projects (or sub-projects)by actively participating in all phases of theproject.
    • Identify, assess,and manage risks and issues which might impact on the success ofthe project andreport.
    • Participate inmeetings with stakeholders and assists in presenting issues andsolutions.
    • Ensure compliancewith information security policies, procedures, andstandards.
    • Ensure all workis carried out and documented in accordance with requiredstandards, policies, andprocedures.
