Job summary
We are looking for a Principal Oracle EBS HRMS / HCM Consultant who will provide expert consultancy, work closely with customers, and translate business requirements into implementable and supportable Oracle solutions.Responsibilities
- Assess and analyze customers' HR and payroll business needs to ensure Oracle EBS HRMS solutions meet their objectives.
- Assist customers in their overall EBS HRMS optimization and cloud journey, including integration with Fusion HCM if required.
