- Responsible for the preparation of financial statements in line with the IAS and IFRS accounting principles and practices, disclosures, and other reports that provide information on client's financial performance to regulatory agencies, management and group companies.
- Prepare financial accounts, reporting and audit packs and liaise with GIS as required, ensuring compliance with the Manual of Accounting.
- Maintain the books of accounts to ensure fair presentation of financial accounts as per accounting policies.
- Work closely with departments to ensure that there is a proper tracking of all departmental income, opex and capex in line with budget and LVF.
- Ensure reconciliation and analysis of General Ledger Accounts and resolution of differences as appropriate including directing the implementation of changes in procedures.
