• Compiles, codes, categorizes, calculates,tabulates, audits, or verifies information ordata.
• Assures sanitationcompliance.
• Assists Executive Chef in allaspects of purchasing (e.g., Food, Beverage and Controllable) toensure quality and profitability.
• Orders allfood and beverage based on businessneeds.
• Assists Executive Chef inmaintaining/lower budgeted food/controllablecosts.
• Delegates and enforces first in/firstout inventory rotation for all storeroomproducts.
• Maintains sanitation and safetystandards as specified in the brandguidelines.
• Ensures that proper safeguards arein effect for the security of the food and beverage storeroomassets.
• Enforces item use-up with storeroompersonnel and kitchen management to keep inventory at lowest levelpossible levels.
• Communicates with kitchen,restaurant management and vendors to ensure timing of deliveriessatisfies advanced food productionneeds.
