- Generates and provides accurateand timely results in the form of reports, presentations,etc.
- Compiles, codes, categorizes, calculates,tabulates, audits, or verifies information ordata.
- Assures sanitationcompliance.
- Assists Executive Chef in allaspects of purchasing (e.g., Food, Beverage and Controllable) toensure quality and profitability.
- Orders allfood and beverage based on businessneeds.
- Assists Executive Chef inmaintaining/lower budgeted food/controllablecosts.
- Delegates and enforces first in/firstout inventory rotation for all storeroomproducts.
- Maintains sanitation and safetystandards as specified in the brandguidelines.
- Ensures that proper safeguards arein effect for the security of the food and beverage storeroomassets.
- Enforces item use-up with storeroompersonnel and kitchen management to keep inventory at lowest levelpossible levels.
- Communicates with kitchen,restaurant management and vendors to ensure timing of deliveriessatisfies advanced food productionneeds.
