This is a remote position.

A Spanish Digital Bank that is on its way to launch a new credit card product is looking for a Head of Business Development / Head of Sales

Different ways of partnership are available: consulting, advising, project work or a full-time job.

What you will do:

• You will be responsible for acquisition of good quality clients to our lending products, such as, in the first hand, revolving credit card, personal loans, refinancing products and other which we may consider in future.
  
• Find ways to attract customers without any cross-selling programs for already existing clients.
  
• Grow business in Spain, creating with us a modern digital bank.
  

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of banking area in Spanish market (knowledge of UK market will be an advantage)
  
• 3+ years experience of promotion such lending products as credit cards or personal loans (for individuals).
  
• Experience in senior/middle management position, e.g. KAD (Key Account Director), Head of Sales, Head of Retail, Head of Business Development, etc.
  
• Ideally experience in dealing with direct client acquisition in online or offline channels, but acquisition via POS products or partnerships/co-brand can be also interesting (Spanish market only).
  
• Fluent English or Spanish.
  

- 3+ years of experience working as a Sales Director or CCO in e-com / retail (preferably with jewellery) - Customer-oriented mindset, understanding of users needs - Russian - native or bilingual, spoken and written English - C1 or higher - Excellent knowledge of commercial processes - Good leadership skills
