• Develop a matrix of all taxcompliance needs for Nakilat entities, in coordination with theFinancial Planning & Reporting Manager and external taxconsultancy and filing services providers.
• Handle the monthly and annual filings activities, which includesbut not limited to : a. Annual income tax filings including MasterFile, Local File, Transfer Pricing Declaration and Globaldeclarations b. Monthly withholding tax (WHT) andreporting/payments. c. Country by Country Reporting (CbCR) injurisdictions where Nakilat entities are registered (Qatar, Cyprus,Marshall Islands, Cayman Islands etc.). d. CbCR notifications toall tax authorities one year in advance of actual reporting, toensure Nakilat does not face any penalties for delays or missednotifications. e. Economic Substance Filing in jurisdictions whereNakilat entities are registered (Marshall Islands, Cayman Islandsetc.). f. Coordination with the Supply department to preparemonthly contract reporting requirements for the Qatar General TaxAuthority.
• Create and maintain an excellentworking relationship with Nakilat tax preparers, auditors andconsultants by reviewing engagement proposals, providing allrequired data, coordinating reporting requirements, soliciting taxadvice, staying informed of future tax lawsetc.
