- Define andestablish the pre-commissioning and handover execution frameworkand objectives for the project.
- Ensures implementationof best practices by developing and implementing turnover,pre-commissioning, preservation and maintenance processes andsystems considering and including contractual requirements, projectand construction schedule, reliability, maintenance, materialsmanagement and change management.
