- Assist and support management andthe leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resourcesissues.
- Assist employees with internal andexternal transfer requests andprocedures.
- Monitor and assistmanagers/supervisors with hiring processes andissues.
- Coordinate and conduct applicant drugscreens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks,and social security numberverification.
- Maintain applicant flow, drugscreen, orientation and transfer requestlogs.
- Create and maintain new hire andpersonnel files and enter them into Human Resources InformationSystems.
- Assist with orientation of newemployees.
- Monitor all hiring and recruitmentprocesses for compliance with all local, state, and federal lawsand company policies and standards.
- Ensureaccurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g.,interview documents, I-9's).
