    • Assist and support management andthe leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resourcesissues.
    • Assist employees with internal andexternal transfer requests andprocedures.
    • Monitor and assistmanagers/supervisors with hiring processes andissues.
    • Coordinate and conduct applicant drugscreens, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle checks,and social security numberverification.
    • Maintain applicant flow, drugscreen, orientation and transfer requestlogs.
    • Create and maintain new hire andpersonnel files and enter them into Human Resources InformationSystems.
    • Assist with orientation of newemployees.
    • Monitor all hiring and recruitmentprocesses for compliance with all local, state, and federal lawsand company policies and standards.
    • Ensureaccurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g.,interview documents, I-9's).
