• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee
• Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruiting, etc.
• Ability to document requirements in 'unambiguous' manner
• Experience in HR process optimization and change management is a plus.
• Technical understanding and ability to understand how systems and technology can help solve business problems
• Fluent English both spoken and written
