• With 23 years working experience of instrument mounting, setup, configuration and verification, CCTV & BMS system programming, services and maintenance.
• Sound knowledge and experience in CCTV ,BMS System ,Access Control, Structural Cabling etc. (Project /Design / Maintenance)
• Ability to build and install BMS systems to monitor and regulate various building services, including chillers, heat exchangers, ACMV, lighting and power metering, etc.
• With solid knowledge of different BMS systems, controller programming, onsite testing and commissioning of sensors, Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of CCTV System.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hands on experience for on site equipment troubleshooting (BMS/CCTV)
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good Workplace safety and health behavior.

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
