Department
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Primary purpose of job:
- Assist the Budget and Cost Controller in preparing the 5 years budget in coordination with all sections.
- Perform budget & cost control activities consisting of capturing, reviewing, and reporting all information and cost data,
- Maintain and update computerized cost control records as part of an effective budget & cost control management system.
- Verify the administrative and financial details and follow the QatarEnergy approved process for Electronic invoices (ElP's),
Experience & Skills:
- Must have good computer skills, Microsoft Office and good knowledge in SAP.
- Fluency in spoken and written English essential.
- 4 years in Budget Planning and Control environment with 2 years in Oil & Gas sector
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting.
