- Carry out routine and non-routinemachinery condition monitoring data collection using datacollectors and computerized CM systems with direction and supportfrom the supervisor
- Carry out trouble-shooting,failure investigation, shop and site rotor balancing, borescopicinspection, lube oil collection, performance testing andcommissioning checks of newly installedequipment.
- Carry out routine and non-routineCondition Monitoring activities effectively andsafely
- Collect vibration and operationalparameters and upload into the Machine Analyst database. Review allexception reports in the database on dailybasis.
- Carry out dynamic balancing, turbineborescope inspection, lube oil collection & analysis andgas turbines/gas compressors & pumps performanceevaluation
- Update overhauls and bearings changeevents into the history database. Review daily trip events (orfailure events) and coordinate with production teams to carry outnecessary actions
- Identify and report machineswith chronic problems and recommend necessaryactions
- Carry out commissioning checks of newlyinstalled rotating equipment
- Carry outtroubleshooting and failure investigations. Coordinate with areaasset teams in troubleshooting activities asnecessary
