Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
Oversee the daytoday operation of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals.
Ensure the security of all IT systems, networks, and data, implementing best practices and staying updated on emerging threats.
Manage IT projects from inception to completion, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess technology needs and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, advising senior management on potential opportunities and risks.
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide technical support and training to employees, promoting a culture of IT literacy and awareness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in metals manufacturing or a related industry.
Proven experience in leading IT teams, managing projects, and implementing IT best practices.
Indepth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks, including experience with ERP systems.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and experience implementing security measures.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
