• Participate in the work controlprocess planning walk downs, by providing recommendations to theplanner on hazard identification, hazard mitigation, technicalinformation, task sequencing, resource requirements, equipmentrequirements, and other information to produce a work document thatcan be used in the field to accomplish the identified workscope.
• Provide on-the-job training to othercraftspeople, as requested by maintenancemanagement.
• Provide feedback to the forepersonon any training needs or improvements that promote betterperformance and identify any opportunities forimprovement.
• Provide feedback to the PlanningManager and Planning Lead on any recommended improvements to thework order documentation process.
• Plan,implement, and complete special projects within area of expertiseassigned by the foreperson.
