Your job responsibilities include:

  • Developing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions within the given timeline.
  • Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or diploma.
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment preferably for an outsourcing company.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and popular online platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary, Contract


Salary:
Up to QAR1,250.00 per week
