Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Purchasing Manager (F&B) located in Doha, Qatar.

The Purchasing Manager (F&B) will be responsible for the procurement of food and beverage products and supplies, as well as identifying and selecting suppliers.

The Purchasing Manager (F&B) will also maintain and manage inventory levels, monitor delivery schedules, and work closely with the Executive Chef and other F&B outlets to ensure product quality and timely delivery.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and purchasing, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management principles
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to procurement activities

Salary:
QAR10, QAR15,000.00 per month
