Responsibilities:


  • Maintain accurate inventory records of all food and beverage items, including dry goods, frozen items, and perishables.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all food and beverage items to the appropriate dining outlets.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders for items as needed, taking into consideration lead times and storage capacity.
  • Ensure that all storage areas are organized, clean, and compliant with food safety regulations.
  • Work with the food and beverage team to identify items that are overstocked, understocked, or have low turnover rates, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for food and beverage inventory needs.
  • Provide training and support to food and beverage team members on inventory management procedures.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a food and beverage inventory management role.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
