- Assist guests andvisitors in an appropriate and timely manner
- Promoteresort memberships to guests and visitors
- Accompanyevery interested party around the Resort, to promote Memberships,ESPA Life and Fitness activities
- Actively promoteproducts and services of the Spa
- Act as a representativeof all products and services of the hotel and actively promote tospa guests and members
- Assist Spa Reception withreservations for treatments
- Work as part of the team andassist where and when necessary
- Manage guest feedbackeffectively to ensure both challenges and/or compliments areescalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services
- Ensure guest experience is proficient includingbookings, payments, and consultation cards
- Adhere tocash handling procedures
- Interact and communicateeffectively with Members, guests, management and team members
- Upsell Spa number and length of treatments, and latestdepartmental incentives
- Reach target for membership andupsell spa treatment as per monthly budget
- Reportaccidents, maintenance issues, and other incidents
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Attend ESPA life training
- Retail ESPA products aftereach treatment, liaise with Spa Therapist on home prescription card
- Sell Gift Card
- Follow ESPA Life, Forbes andLQA standards
- Offer Spa tours to guests and visitors
- Maintain confidentiality, regarding all informationabout guests and the business
