Key Responsibilities:

Procurement:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure costeffective and timely procurement of products, and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to optimize terms and conditions.
Logistics and Expediting:
- Coordinate and optimize the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouse/s.
- Implement strategies to expedite the delivery of critical materials and products.
Warehouse Management:
- Oversee the efficient functioning of warehouses, ensuring proper storage, organization, and accessibility of inventory.
- Implement best practices for warehouse safety, security, and cleanliness.
Inventory Management:
- Develop and maintain an accurate inventory tracking system.
- Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Demand & Supply Planning:
- Collaborate with sales teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
- Optimize supply chain processes to meet demand fluctuations and market trends.
Distribution Management (including Last-Mile Deliveries):
- Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal logistics teams to optimize lastmile delivery processes.
Operations Oversight:
- Provide leadership and direction to the operations team, ensuring all processes align with company objectives.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Reports and Documentation:
- Prepare and analyze regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all aspects of the operations.
- Generate insights from data to facilitate informed decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the hygiene and health product sector.
- Indepth knowledge of procurement strategies, logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly experience with Sage, to facilitate seamless integration into existing processes.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, with effective communication skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology for operations management.
