This is residential contract to be based in Qatar. The IT Procurement Specialist is responsible for analysing the current procurement processes and identifying areas for improvement. This role involves managing and overseeing the procurement of IT equipment software and services for QatarEnergy negotiating contracts and ensuring that the procured IT resources meet the organization's needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts pricing with suppliers ensure cost-effective procurement administer contracts ensuring compliance terms conditions manage any amendments or renewals maintain records purchases invoices stay current latest trends advancements make informed purchasing decisions handle issues problems arise orders suppliers ensure company policies procedures all procurement activities contribute success organization.
