As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations of the company.

• Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods, both inbound and outbound, to ensure ontime and accurate deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, carriers, and customers to arrange shipment schedules and resolve any logisticsrelated issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the warehouse team to ensure optimal stock levels and proper storage of goods.
• Utilize logistics management software and tools to track shipments, analyze data, and generate performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to forecast demand, plan logistics strategies, and meet customer expectations.
• Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to minimize costs and improve overall efficiency.
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers and freight forwarders to achieve cost savings.
• Handle claims and resolve any issues related to damaged or delayed shipments.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance logistics operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners, including carriers, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensure that all documentation, such as bills of lading, customs paperwork, and shipping manifests, is accurate and uptodate.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new regulations, and technological advancements to propose innovative logistics solutions.
