Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for supporting the frontline sales team with the required documents (pre & postsales documents) like Material submittals, P&ID diagrams, Layout drawings, Method statements, Operation & Maintenance. Manuals, Warranty certificates, or any other required documents by customers.
  • Responsible for liaising with the procurement team or independently with suppliers to get the quotes or any other technical details required by the Sales Engineer.
  • Responsible for the Process of customer PO and preparing sales orders and maintaining electronic records on the shared folder.
  • Responsible to Coordinate with the logistic team for updates on the material ordered from different suppliers and keeping the sales team updated about the movements.
  • Responsible for liaising with the engineering team for project orders.
  • Plan, Organize, Execute, and follow up for delivery to customers and ensure that materials/services are delivered in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with customers for getting approval for items delivered wherever required.
  • Process Delivery notes, Material receipt notes for invoicing.
  • Take a periodical stock count.

Job Requirements:


- Minimum

4-5 years of logistics experience in an

engineering/manufacturing-based organization.

- Education: Graduation.
