  • Greeting and welcoming visitors as they approach the front desk.
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Monitor office expenses and costs.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office.
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs.
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized repository of all contractual documents and client agreements.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with contractual terms and propose strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Plan inhouse or offsite activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Take up other duties as assigned.
  • Draft, review, and edit contracts and client agreements to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Law, or a related field. Legal qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in contract management, preparation, and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of legal principles, contract law, and industryspecific regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Arabic and English.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
