_Role Objective_


The Firm is seeking to recruit senior roles (Senior Manager / Associate Director) who have relevant experience and skills in Transactions and Financial Advisory Services.

As a senior team member, your role will be primarily client facing to understand and deliver on client requirements.

You will be required to supervise junior colleagues and ensure timely execution of the Engagement, and to the Engagement Director or Managing Director on a regular basis.


You will take an active role in business development activities including involvement in the preparation of pitch books and other marketing materials, and meeting with existing / target clients.


_ Roles & Responsibilities_

  • Originate and deliver transaction and project ideas, identify opportunities, opening and leveraging relationships.
  • Project manage the engagement, driving the engagement timetable, ensuring quality on client deliverables, as well as managing counterparties and other advisers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Lead, develop and counsel junior colleagues, share knowledge, and take an active role in the growth and development of the whole team.

_ Skill Sets_

  • Business valuations
  • Business and Financial Due Diligence
  • Deal Advisory including buyside/sellside, equity placement.
  • Performing feasibility Studies and Business Plans
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication, presentation & project management skills
  • Proven ability to produce high quality and impactful professional documents for clients and internal use.

_ Work Experience_

  • Associate Director : 810 years or plus of relevant experience
  • Senior Manager : 78 years or plus of relevant experience
  • Big4 experience would be an added advantage.
  • Arabic language skills preferred but not mandatory.
