• Focal point at site, for promoting and implementingsafety on construction site. Implement the safety observationsreporting and monitoring.
• Assist Offshore Head ofshorepull & trenching Construction in executing Projectresponsibilities for the shorepull & trenching &relevant onshore scope of work.
• Supervise &monitor all construction, liftings and trenching & shorepull related activities of the Project, to ensure the technicalobjectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule.
• Effective coordination & communication forshorepull & trenching & related onshore siteactivities and provide technical support with contractor, quality,safety, planning and engineering.
• Additionally, monitordaily progress & reporting for onshore construction, directand supervise Contractor, ensuring strict adherence to proceduresand any changes to scope. Provide technical support and supervisionfor microtunneling works, pipeline and cables installation.
• Ensure & supervise the shorepull &trenching construction input into gate deliverables and siteimplementation.
• Ensure all approved documents forshorepull & trenching & relevant onshoreconstruction, shore pull, pipelay and cable lay are adhered to atsite and any deviation is discussed in timely manner in accordancewith the EPC contract requirements.
• Ensureimplementation of mitigation for construction aspects of the RiskManagement Plan and verify the mitigation as agreed. Monitorrespective shorepull & trenching & relevant onshoreconstruction changes, and assist Head of Shorepull &Trenching Construction in justification for cost and scheduleimpacts, in accordance with the PMOC procedure.

• Experience in shorepull & trenchingconstruction with at least 8 years demonstrated at a seniorconstruction level in major capital pipeline & cableprojects within the offshore oil and gas industry.
• Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendorsinvolved in the oil and gas industry
• Demonstratedability and sensitivity to work with people from variety ofcultural backgrounds
• Worldwide experience withcontractors in particular those involved in the construction ofOffshore LNG production facilities.
• Good interpersonaland communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the abilityto communicate and interact within a PMT
