    Responsibilities:

    1. Project Planning and Coordination:

    Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.

    2. Interdisciplinary Coordination:

    Coordinate with various engineering disciplines, including civil, mechanical, and instrumentation, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the broader project scope.

    3. Documentation Management:

    Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and MOMs, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the project team.

    4. Timeline and Milestone Tracking:

    Monitor project timelines and milestones, regularly updating project schedules and communicating progress to stakeholders.

    5. Resource Allocation:

    Assist in resource allocation and optimization, ensuring that project tasks are appropriately assigned and completed on schedule.

    6. Communication Facilitation:

    Facilitate communication between project team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective information flow.

    7. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

    Identify potential risks and challenges in the project, working with the project team to develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

    8. Change Management:

    Assist in managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder communication.

    9. Client Interaction:

    Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing project updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.

    10. Quality Assurance:

    Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables, including electrical systems, meet specified standards and requirements.

    11. Budget Monitoring:

    Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

    12. Reporting:

    Prepare regular reports on project status, including progress, issues, and upcoming milestones, for presentation to project stakeholders.

    13. Site Visits:

    Conduct periodic site visits to assess progress, address issues, and ensure that construction activities align with project plans.

    14. Team Collaboration:

    Foster a collaborative environment within the project team, encouraging effective communication and teamwork.

    Qualifications:

    1. Education:

    Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

    Minimum 8 Years experience in oil & gas EPC Projects

    2. Project Management Skills:

    Strong project management skills, with a focus on planning, coordination, and execution.

    3. Communication Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

    4. Problem-Solving:

    Ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions to keep the project on track.

    5. Organizational Skills:

    Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.

    6. Adaptability:

    Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and address unforeseen challenges.

    7. Technical Proficiency:

    Familiarity with electrical engineering concepts and an understanding of EPC project dynamics.

    8. Collaborative Mindset:

    Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary project team.

    9. Software Skills:

    Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
