A Property Advisor is
responsible for looking after the property sales or leasing process for a company. This includes tasks such as setting up and maintaining show homes, handling enquiries from potential buyers.


Property Advisor Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients to make decisions on property purchasing / Renting.
  • Finding clients in need of consultancy services through coldcalling, advertising, and business presentations.
  • Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most profitable areas.
  • Coordinating with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
  • Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale and for Rent
  • Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell or to buy
  • Conducting negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.

Property Advisor Requirements:


  • Experience in Real Estate is an Advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Resident in Qatar with NOC
  • Handling a Qatar driving license
  • Owning a Car

Salary:
QAR1.00 - QAR10.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Language:


  • Arabic (required)
  • English (required)

License/Certification:

  • Qatar ID (required)
