What You'll Do

• International Corporate Subsidiary Governance & Maintenance: support compliance with the corporate obligations of all Tesla foreign subsidiaries. Work with local counsel to ensure all affiliates outside the USA are in good standing and comply with all necessary formalities (e.g., board meetings; timely approval and filing of annual accounts)
• Prepare and maintain corporate compliance documentation for all Tesla foreign subsidiaries. Draft corporate legal documentation as needed, including but not limited to, board resolutions, intercompany funding agreements and powers of attorney, filing of legal documents as well as obtaining signatures and organizing and maintaining drafts and executed copies in our internal document management system
