Manager- Technology Consulting- Data& AI- Qatar The opportunity Our Data and Analytics teamhelps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bringsolutions to our clients.

As part of that, you'll sitside-by-side with clients and diverse teams from EY to create awell-rounded approach to advising and solving challenging problems(some that have not been solved before).

No two days will be thesame, and, with constant research and development, you'llfind yourself building knowledge that can be applied across a widerange of projects now and in the future.

You will run multiple client engagement teams, workwith a wide variety of clients to help them navigate the complexworld of advanced analytics.

We'll look to you to provideour clients with a unique business perspective on how advancedanalytics can transform and improve their entire organization -starting with the key business issues they face.

• Fostering relationships withclient personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently running anddelivering quality client services. Driving high-quality workproducts within expected time frames and on budget.
• Monitoring progress, managing risk, and confirming that keystakeholders are kept informed about progress and expectedoutcomes.
• Managing expectations of client servicedelivery.
• Staying abreast of current business andindustry trends relevant to the client's business.
• Effectively managing and motivating client engagementteams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Providing constructiveon- the- job feedback/coaching to team members.
• Fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented workenvironment. Playing an active role in the counselling andmentoring of junior consultants within the organization.
• Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships andnetworks.
• Partnering with information architecture tobuild logical/canonical and physical data models aligned withconceptual data models
• Working with product teams todefine data sources by partnering with information and enterprisearchitecture.
• Working with product teams to define KeyPerformance Indicators and supporting data attributes and businessrules
• Working with product teams to ensure data meetsbusiness requirements
• Analyzing existing data stores andinterfaces to support current state and future data models
• Working with squads to create physical data designs andbusiness rule implementation
• Partnering with enterprisedata management and strategy on business glossary implementationand governance and stewardship
• Working with reportdevelopers to align dataset design with report design
• Partnering with information architecture to provide feedback onconceptual models and review logical and physical data models
• Facilitating data requirements elicitation and modelingsessions including use of interview, document analysis, workshopsetc.
• Assisting with the development and enforcement ofdata modeling standards
• Participating in data definitionand data management reviews
• Establishing and maintainprocesses to support and grow data modeling practices To qualifyfor the role you must have
