• Qualifications andExperience 1.1. Bachelor s degree in Maths or equivalent 1.2Qualified teacher status appropriate to the teaching duties to beundertaken. 1.2. Experience with the IB Diploma Programme (DP) andMiddle Years Programme (MYP) Maths .

• Responsibilities. 3.1.Implement DP and MYP policy and strategic plans. 3.2. Collaboratewith the Head of High School and the MYP and DP Coordinators toensure effective curriculum delivery, including resource selectionand management. 3.3. Participate in the design, development,implementation, and review of the DP and MYP curriculum. 3.4.Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and reviewof assessment and reporting systems. 3.5. Promote the health andsafety of high school classes. 3.6. Engage in professionaldevelopment and contribute to regular staff training and meetings.3.7. Foster a sense of team spirit in the high school and buildconnections with colleagues across the school. 3.8. Contribute tocommunity service and global citizenship goals. 3.9. Participate inthe extra-curricular activities program of the school. 3.10.Promote a positive attitude between the high school and the widercommunity through cooperative relations, publications,competitions, and other initiatives Enhance the professionalstanding of the teaching body Participate in the ongoingdevelopment of the DP and MYP, addressing matters from theauthorization report. 3.13 Use technology to support high schoollearning, especially through the use of a Virtual LearningEnvironment (e.g., ManageBac , Microsoft Teams, etc Support the school in meeting its program obligations for NEASC andthe IB Contribute to the development of Assessment forLearning (AFL) and Understanding by Design (UBD) within the highschool
