Serve as the Team lead to carry out the activity day to day basis and reporting.

- Responsible to perform testing, repair and maintenance work in a safe and efficient manner to meet the quality, cost, safety and schedule targets.

- Required to perform duties at the inhouse test/ repair facility and at customer plant sites. Coordinating with clients to provide online remote troubleshooting assistance at any time as required. - Ensuring proper Receiving, Handling, repair, inspection, testing and dispatch of the Assets at all time. - Developing the repair, maintenance and testing procedures as per Scope, OEM catalogue & OEM manuals. - Developing BOQ, required spare parts list, timely procurement, Inventory management, Overall schedule. - Advising to keep future inventory with respect to long lead time & cost-efficient procurement. - Prepare, Finalize and issue the testing and Quality Control requirements. - Initiate, conduct and reporting safety and quality audits with activity risks analyses, lessons learning. - Provide guidance and coordination with the team members at the workshop and site as required. - Ensuring availability of manpower, staff and assisting in outsourcing of respective sub-con support. - Monitoring the activity, work performance in line with schedule, delivery, quality and safety. - Coordinating with inter-discipline such as HR, Admin, finance, logistic, sales and procurement teams etc. - Controlling all the documents such as work performance records, history, manuals and specifications etc. - Participate in preparing the estimation and bidding process including technical and commercial proposals. - Participate in electrical system pre-commissioning and field start-up at site as required.
