    Withour business growth, we are looking for aCustomer Success Representative (Non-Voice)to join a brand new team handling email,live chat, and social media channels, ensuring they are answeredand customers requests resolved in a timely and professionalmanner

    Thisis a work-from-home role open to qualified applicants in thefollowing areas: Oriental Mindoro (Calapanpreferred)

    AbouttheRole
    • GuestSupport Enquiries including providing moreinformation:
      • aboutscreening processes
      • assisting thosewho need help with navigating theapplication
      • otherenquiries

    • Rolemay require other tasks to be completed during low volumetimes
    • The role willrequire a mix of Morning, Evening and Overnight shifts. Candidatesunable to commit to Overnight Shift requirements will not beconsidered


    Requirements

    • Previousexperience in a position as a Hotel Reservations Clerk, OperationsPersonnel or experience in the BPOindustry.
    • Highattention to detail, positive attitude and be aself-starter
    • ExcellentEnglish communication skills, including advanced written andspoken;
    • Demonstratedadvanced skills in Microsoft Officeapplications;
    • Exceptionaltime management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines;and
    • Demonstratedexperience in developing a high standard of high volumecorrespondence andadministration.

    • ModernPC - Intel i3 or above, min 4GB ram (preferably8GB)
    • USBHeadset
    • Internetspeed of 25mbps or above with Fibre OpticConnection
    Training
    • Youare required 4 weeks training in theoffice
    • Transportationisprovided

    • 2-3days in the office and the rest athome
