1. 10+ years of experience in operation management, at least 5 years out of which should be in the managerial role of compliance & performance manager


  • Proven work experience aligned with the responsibilities of the role;
  • Excellent working knowledge of technical management, information analysis, network and systems administration, computer hardware/software systems;
  • Expertise in data center, Application Management and cloud environment management
  • Experience of managing performance and compliance for Nationwide Solution
  • Expertise in systems and data governance;
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively interact and communicate throughout the IT organization with individuals of varying technical abilities;
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices;
