JobOverview: We are seeking dedicated and hardworkingindividuals to join our team as Workshop Helpers / Trainees /Cleaning Staff. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiencyand cleanliness of the workshop supporting various operations andproviding an opportunity for learning and growth within theorganization.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. WorkshopAssistance:
   • Assistskilled workers with various tasks in theworkshop.
     
   • Help in organizing toolsand materials and preparing the work area foroperations.
     
2. LearningandDevelopment:
   • Observeand learn from experiencedstaff.
     
   • Participate in trainingsessions and workshops to enhance skills andknowledge.
     
3. CleaningandMaintenance:
   • Keepthe workshop area clean andorganized.
     
   • Perform cleaning taskssuch as sweeping mopping and wiping downsurfaces.
     
   • Dispose of waste materialsin a safe and environmentally friendlymanner.
     
4. InventoryManagement:
   • Assistin the management of inventory by organizing tools andmaterials.
     
   • Report any shortages ordiscrepancies in the inventory to thesupervisor.
     
5. SafetyCompliance:
   • Followall workplace safety guidelines and operationsprocedures.
     
   • Wear protective gear andensure that all safety protocols are adheredto.
     

Requirements

EssentialQualifications:

HighSchool diploma or equivalent ispreferred.
Previous experience ina similar role is beneficial but notrequired.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
