<\/div> 1.<\/span> <\/span>Develop detailed BIM models for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.<\/span>
<\/div>

2.<\/span> <\/span>Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC designs into the overall BIM project model.<\/span>
<\/p>

3.<\/span> <\/span>Work with Navisworks or similar tools for model review and conflict resolution.<\/span>
<\/p>

4.<\/span> <\/span>Ensure accuracy and completeness of HVAC models and associated documentation.<\/span>
<\/p>

5.<\/span> <\/span>Annotate and dimension details on drawings as per company standards<\/span>
<\/p>

6.<\/span> <\/span>Manage Revit families and parametric components for electrical elements.<\/span>
<\/p>

7.<\/span> <\/span>Assist with model -based quantity take -offs (QTOs) and material estimation.<\/span>
<\/p> 8.<\/span> <\/span>Ensure models comply with project standards, industry codes, and company BIM protocols.<\/span>
