• Ensure that candidates are readyto mobilize and a consent to be taken before applying for theabove.
• Submit candidates' CVs basedon your existing visa quota nationality, to ensure immediatemobilization once the candidate isselected.
• Ensure that you submit unmarked CVformat, without any traces of Agency's name (includingfile name), logo, contact number, orformatting.
• Ensure the candidates are medicallyfit and provide QatarEnergy LNG Medical with the fit to workcertificate.
• Submit the CPNF Form (bestCompetitive Rate) for each CV and the SalaryHistory.
• Verify and collect anyconflict-of-interest form signed (e.g.: any relative working in QELNG or as Contractor)
• Provide references fromprevious employment for internal review (Must be from previoussupervisor)
• Candidates from Qatar energy sectorshould be screened and reason for separation must be noted next totheir submissions or names.
• If any of thecurrent employees of QatarEnergy LNG wishes to apply a consent fromthe department must be provided beforeapplying.
