    • Lead the architectural designprocess, creating innovative and practical solutions that alignwith project goals, budget constraints, and industry standards.This may involve developing sketches, blueprints, and 3Dmodels.
    • Develop architectural concepts anddesign proposals based on client needs and budget constraints andcreate detailed architectural drawings, specifications, andconstruction documents.
    • Ensure that projectsare designed and executed effectively, meeting the client'srequirements and adhering to quality, budget, and timelineconstraints. Ensure proper liaison between project management,design teams, and clients, ensuring a smooth and successful projectdelivery.
    • Conduct site visits and assessmentsto gather information and demonstrate expertise in architecturaldesign principles, building codes, and construction standards aswell as ensure that architectural designs comply with relevantregulations and sustainabilityguidelines
    • Evaluate and select appropriatematerials, building systems, and technologies and address technicalchallenges during the design and constructionphases.
    • Lead and guide a team of architects anddesigners throughout the project lifecycle and delegate tasks andresponsibilities to team members while providing support andmentorship.
