Manages the end-to-end administration of Advance Tax Ruling (ATR) applications, ensuring procedural compliance, confidentiality, and service level adherence.
Coordinates case intake, documentation control, stakeholder communication, and timeline tracking.
Supports governance, reporting, and quality assurance throughout the ruling lifecycle.
Tax Analyst
Provides technical research, legal interpretation, and drafting support for Advance Tax Rulings.
Analyzes applications, prepares memoranda and draft rulings, and ensures analytical accuracy and consistency.
Collaborates closely with Senior Tax Analysts and Case Managers to deliver timely, well-supported decisions.
Senior Tax Analyst
Leads the technical review, analysis, and drafting of complex Advance Tax Rulings.
Ensures legal accuracy, interpretive consistency, and high-quality reasoning aligned with Qatari tax law.
Mentors junior analysts and consolidates technical outputs into structured recommendations for final approval.
Legal Counsel
Provides authoritative legal oversight to ensure rulings are enforceable, defensible, and aligned with Qatari legislation.
Reviews draft rulings for legal risks, precedent impact, and administrative law compliance.
Safeguards the legal integrity, confidentiality, and publication standards of issued rulings.
Head of Section
