CALL CENTER AGENT

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services and secure sales.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
Build and nurture longterm customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient order processing and delivery of products/services.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics to the sales manager.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Age below 30 years to bring a youthful and dynamic approach to the sales process.
Excellent command of the English language to effectively communicate with international customers.
Proven experience in tele sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals successfully.
Experience in logistics or related fields is an added advantage.
High energy, selfmotivated, and driven to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic sales environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Residing in Qatar with valid QID & NOC
