The HR Supervisor will oversee HR operations within assigned SBUs,to ensure seamless operation through supervising the HR Operations team.Key Relationships:
Internal: All Employees
External: Vendors,Government Authorities,Banking Institutions,Auditors
To ensure seamless HR operation within the assigned SBUs through supervising the HR Operations team.To address employees' concerns proactively to prevent unrest before escalation causing disruption in workplace.Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers,guidance and support on various workplace matters.Supervise the HRTeam providing guidance mentorship and support in all workplace related matters.
